Boobs ahoy!

I have nothing worthwhile to share, really, but I wanted to express my growing stupefaction that any woman would choose to artificially enhance her breasts to cup size D or larger.

These damned things just get in the way. I hate them. Even if they do look fabulous, and they do, they are still too damned big. They'd look just as fabulous in size C or B. I would really be happy with either of those (again - I was a B until freshman year college, then moved to C). Frankly, all they do is make me appear even fatter than I am, damnit, and are just too big for my overall stature.

In other non boob related news, I feel kind of bad that Mailman really did buy a clue. Now he'll either deliver the mail before office hours on Saturday, or wait until after. Just to not see me. Heh. The reason I feel bad is that I'm really very relieved by those rather lame avoidance tactics, because I sure don't want to endure anymore awkward stare-fests from the dude.

Yeah, well, curly hair doesn't tend to wake you up when you roll over on it in the night or keep you from sleeping on your stomach. ;-) I won't get into the agony of door knobs when I'm braless around the house. :-)

Probably will, though mine just never went down after my child was born. I was only 10 pounds over my pre-pregnancy weight when I stopped nursing. *sigh* When they tell you they go down after? They LIE! :-)

I know the feeling. I'm getting tired of having to go to specialty stores to find bras. It's a huge pain in the pocketbook. :-)

I'd also love to have a little less up front. I've never been able to jog, just because I feel like the bouncing is too much.

My friend M was a D as a teen, and a DD after her first pregnancy; by the time of her fourth, she was *bigger* than DD. She'd broken her back as a teenager, and was in so much pain with her boob growth that her doctor recommended reduction. She did it (from an E (?) to a B) and has been completely happy with the results.

I liked being a C. It was comfortable, my clothes fit, and I could find bras.

Too big can look bad.

Too little can look bad.

Mine are sizeable, and I'm rather skinny. It looks rather odd IMO. Trying to find clothes is a PITA. Trying to find a bra is even worse! I finally found one, and it's not so expensive that buying a few will bankrupt me. They're just really hard to find in the first place.

I agree. They get in the way.

I was a neat 34B until I turned 31, then I got the gift of C cups. I went to buy a new bra the other day and ended up in a 34D.

The sales person was very quick to tell me it was only because the bra had shallow cups. It must have been the abject look of horror on my face.

So now depending on the make of the bra, I'm a 32C, 34C or 34D. Or as [livejournal.com profile] seanchaidh said to me, "You're a busty woman."

Well, at least my ass balances it out.
