Caffeine
Does anything in the world substitute for caffeine? I'm trying to think. I moderate my caffeine intake pretty carefully, but I don't think I'd try to eliminate it completely. It's got antioxidants, you know. ;)
Oh, yeah, I'm just waiting for them to find anti-oxidants in cigarettes. :-D
They keep going back and forth on whether the caffeine in tea is better than the one in coffee or not, but I think mostly it depends what you're at risk for. I get deeply confused.
