I sat at the bus stop yesterday, same as always. It wasn't overly warm, but I was in the sun and had walked a mile and so was wearing a tank top. Nothing revealing or anything, just a simple tank top.

Also as usual, I avoided eye contact with everyone, though I did glance up at passers by. One guy totally veered from his path and got real close to me...then proceeded to arch his neck so he could get a view right down my shirt! WTF was that? I can't complain too much about stares if what I'm wearing does reveal cleavage, but dude totally crossed the line.

I've noticed that I keep having a character go to sleep in the middle of his chapter. Not in a narcoleptic kind of way, but an actual lie-down-sleep-all-night kind of way. I have no idea why I'm doing it. It doesn't make for very interesting reading.

Has anyone ever caught themselves stuck in a loop like this, a loop you're not even aware of until you go back and look at the pattern you've created and can't seem to get out of?

It's annoying. Yesterday I was at page 26. I'm back to 23.

I was going to have a turkey wrap for dinner, except the organic wheat/corn tortillas I had left were moldy (seriously, how is one person supposed to make it through a whole package without this happening?) And I was out of milk, too.

So I headed to the store for bread-like substance and milk.

I'm going to have to budget a lot more time to grocery shopping from now on. On a whim, I flipped the bread over and read the ingredients. Even bread has high fructose corn syrup in it? Damnit, it never once dawned on me to look for it there. I'll bet there are a ton of other products I'm buying, thinking there couldn't possibly be any of that stuff in them. Quite a similar story with soy.
