Old Lady Perfume

No offense to old ladies intended, of course. All day yesterday and already this morning, there's this smell of old lady in my office. I can't figure out where it's coming from - I'm fragranced with strawberry lemonade. It's starting to drive me batty.
Total aside, I think I like Ray LaMontagne's version of Gnarls Barkley's Crazy a lot more than the original.

(We actually have a lot of people coming through with kids in dirty diapers, so we keep a can of citrus spray on hand. Not quite as good as the real thing, but it works.)

Date: 2006-09-14 04:38 pm (UTC)They wear so much, and often use scented handcreme, that the books stink. Happens with cigarettes and sometimes even drinks (such as someone got a couple of drops of coffee on a book jacket and I could smell it from several feet away). We have disinfectent wipes that usually kill most of the smell.
Anyone brought anything into your office that could be the culprit?
