I get sucked into a New Order vortex from time to time. Can you imagine this voice ever "making it" today? It would be autotuned to death and the song would suffer for it. When will we realize perfection is not always the best outcome?

Hope anyone USian had a good holiday yesterday, if you celebrate. I had invites but as I told one of them - once you have spent a holiday in your jammies and cozied up on the sofa, the appeal of donning clothes and brushing hair and being otherwise suitable for public interactions isn't super high. Someone brought me a plate of food, which was very kind.
