Call me, call me, any, anytime
Mar. 1st, 2016 09:03 pmAt work, the parking lot lights were out for months. We kept begging the maintenance guys to get it done; they're in the main office. After a while, we learned that the problem came from local businesses just not following through when our guys called for someone to come out.
It's bizarre to me, truly. I have called two roofing companies to try to get someone to come out and look into my chimney leak problem. No response yet. Not any indication at all that I've left messages. I want to give people my money and they can't be arsed to call me back. Meanwhile, we've had torrential rain all day, we'll probably have torrential rain tomorrow and if someone would just answer the damn phone or respond to messages...
From now on, I won't leave messages. I'm just calling until I can get a live person. I shouldn't have to do that, nor should I have to call repeatedly just to get an answer.
