Alas, the cat I was in love with is not coming to live with me. She's a doll and I would have loved her, but I spent more time with her and she's a feisty one. Like, breaks the skin "playing" kind of feisty. I couldn't picture her integrating well with Abe or Johnny, so she will go to another home. Oh well, I should know better - this is why they have the rule that volunteers cannot adopt for six months.
dragonfly_sgl, your Pickle dreams are still alive!
Now, Tucker the hound dog, he's another story. If I had a fence, he'd be mine. Even though he made me face plant walking him today. Mistake one: not tying hair back on a blustery day. Mistake two: taking a few jogging steps on unsteady ground when he wanted to increase pace.
Blood everywhere! He's a doll, though. So energetic and alert. I will enjoy walking him. There are only three-four I'm certified to walk at this point. :)
