Usually this recipe results in puffy little pillows of cookie. I cut some of the butter and used applesauce, so they are more traditional looking now. I love the smell of cookies baking.


ETA:

Maybe it's that I put a weeeee bit more kirsch in my ginger ale (yum) than I should have or maybe it's that I'm a total lightweight and not accustomes to alcohol or maybe this commercial just makes me wmile anyway.
