Seattle public schools are closed because of the threat of snow later today. This "storm" is expected to be worse than the "storm" we had this weekend, which left half an inch of white on the ground.

And because Seattle public schools are closed, so are we. It's quite hysterical.

Now, it probably will snow later and traffic will be a nightmare. But really? Closing schools before anything happens? LOLOL.


ETA: Sun was just spotted in the sky. I don't know what to do. OMGpanic! This storm is getting so bad!

The concern for all is the ice and hills, and that is legit. But come ON. There's no snow out there yet! No sleet, or slush, or ice pellets. At the first sign of a flake, there'll be a mad dash out of everywhere.

My boss told me to hurry and do payroll early, in case I'm snowed in on Thurs/Fri. Me: I'll be here on Thurs/Fri.

Meanwhile, I've got my window wide open and am still warm.
