It's really hard to get motivated to leave feedback when there's no response, isn't it? I suppose it doesn't mean I'm right in withholding - that doesn't stop the vicious cycle.
I could go on and on about the feedback blackmail phenomenon. Sure, I'd LOVE to get more feedback than I do, but begging for it is so degrading to everyone involved.
