I'm hungry, but I fear

I don't know if I'm ready to eat yet. I knew the second I stopped eating last night's dinner that I was in trouble, and, yep, I was sick all night and this morning. Right now, I feel all woozy from not eating, but the thought of replaying last night's bout of food poisoning isn't exactly appealing, you know? Today was a total wash. I have SO much to do and just can't get enough energy to do it. I wonder if I could manage some soup.

What a way to end the year, eh? It's a good thing I'm not really too into NYE.

Try some saltine crackers. They might work better than soup as a first food. If they stay down ok, then go for the clear soup.

I should have. I went for soup, which is still in my tummy but I feel terrible. I really hate being ill. That awful prickly-skin feeling is just the worst. Well, okay, maybe not the worst, but it ain't fun.

I was supposed to get lots of writing done today, damnit, and all I did was lie around in misery.

(Have I mentioned I'm a big baby about being sick?)
