LOL, this ep was like Jose Cheung and that vampire episode rolled into one. I LOVED both of those X-Files eps, so chances were good I was going to like this. Plus, when I saw the Then included Hell House, I knew Now was going to be cute/funny.

And it was. It wasn't the finest hour of television, but I really did laugh out loud in spots.

The first murder wasn't funny, but Sam and Dean retelling it to Bobby (<--Bobby two weeks in a row!! *love*) were. LOL, Sam acting all prissy according to Dean, Dean being boorish and rude according to Sam. I admire Ackles for shoving all that food in his mouth - I didn't even see what it was he was eating from that dish, just that his cheeks were protruding like a chipmunk's. LOL. I want that icon already.

The second comeuppance was...slow dancing aliens that probe and probe and probe and one last probe. The Lady in Red! What's not to like about that? Tee hee.

Loved Bobby constantly having to break up Dean and Sam, all the way until the end. Have I mentioned that I love Bobby? Kill the Roadhouse crew, bring back Dad and have him and Bobby be recurring (even infrequently) and I'd be happy as the proverbial clam.

"It's not food anymore, Dean, it's Darwinism!"

My only gripe at this point is...March 15th?! Why CW? Why do you hate me?!

Hehe It wasn't the greatest episode ever, but it was hilarious and fun. :-)

Me too! That was fantastic. He really looked quite...er...stretched out by the end of that scene. I also loved the interruption of Now!Dean saying he only ate one or two at most, but then Sam kept telling it and had Dean eating more and more and more. *g*

I loved the episode--it was hysterical! (And after all the angst we've seen this season, it was time for the boys to get a bit of a break, even if it didn't completely turn out that way in the end.)

I loved surrogate-dad Bobby. I loved that Dean liked the Trickster's style (and that the Trickster seemed to like Dean's). The boys' views of each other was amusing. It was fun that some of the time, they got partway through a scene before I realized that something was not right...because it was one-sided. I loved how the boys saw each other; how they never really lied, just exagerated qualities that were already there. They are SUCH brothers!

And Jensen Ackles has the most elastic skin I have ever seen!
