The natural, aluminum-free deodorant I'm trying is actually burning my underarms. It's...not a very nice feeling. Of course, that was all I brought with me on the trip.

Oh, lord. I've never found an aluminum-free deoderant I can use. Which sucks, because I'd much prefer not using aluminum.

Good luck finding a good one. Those crystal things can work fairly well, but... maybe you just need to replace them more often than I did, but it was like after a few weeks my body built up an immunity to them.
