Just say no! I neglected to bring something for lunch today, so snagged an orange soda (no lectures on proper diet; I know soda for lunch is not good) and now it feels as though there's a hole burning in my stomach.

Blech.

Also, came back from my walk/stairs with weird, itchy bumpies on my chest. Don't know what that's about - the hives I usually get the first couple of times my tender flesh sees the sun's rays come all over, not localized in one area.

Drinking orange Fanta is like drinking battery acid, especially if you didn't have anything else to eat with it. It tastes good, but it burns. Not that I know what battery acid tastes likes. I wouldn't be surprised if the high citric acid content in the soda was what broke you out.

Oh, you know, that does make sense. I break out from an excess of citric acid (little red bumps around my mouth, like tiny pimples).

I react badly to citric acid, too. My chest, back, arms, and face usually break out horribly depending on what I had.

Maybe it's a heat rash?
