Dec. 1st, 2019 01:57 pmI think I missed a week or am off on counting them or something. Oh well. The end of the year will come when it comes no matter how inept I am at counting.
For some reason, on day four of a four day weekend, I suddenly decided I need to prep and bake for bake sale coming up on the 14th. I've had three days of doing nothing, now I'm scrambling. LOL. To top it off, I somehow ended up with two bags of bread flour and finally have eggs so I'm also making some cinnamon chip bread ala Great Harvest. It smells good and bready.
^Pie made with butternut squash a friend gave me from her garden. I'm afraid it is dangerous to know how to make a pie for two, because I ate this baby in one sitting. And it was quite tasty!

^This pretty little girl lives down the street. She's very shy. This photo does her no justice.
^I think this is a black chinned hummingbird.
