What a long day! I just got home about half an hour ago (long enough to chow down a sandwich). Before the sammi part, though, I had three emergency pages. Whoops, left that stupid thing at home. Two of them related to each other, and the problem was solved before I got home, but the third sounded semi-serious. Kitchen sink issues. My sammie sat on the counter, beckoning me. I answered the page...and it was a psyche out by 212, who had a gift for me. Awwwwww. Now that kind of emergency I can take.

The tenants are being very kind this year, too kind. I don't do much around here, really.

Got home in time to catch the end of CSI in syndie. Lovely Nick angst. Happy sigh.

That's what you think. Speaking as someone whose last property management left a plumbing repair so long that mushrooms literally grew in the carpet, I can say that just by responding to important stuff in a timely fashion, you sound like a great building manager to me.
