superbadgirlI called the groomer yesterday to make sure they'd be open today and that the groomer would be there. When I arrived - they were open but the groomer was sick! Even when I try to ensure I don't waste time, I fail. LOL. However, it's not terrible outside today so W and I went for a three mile walk instead. and had the trail to ourselves.
I ended up fasting for 18 hours - just had a falafel and roasted broccoli wrap and two baby potatoes for lunch. It's amazing how tasty food it when you are that hungry! And since I'm at home today, the side effects from the falafel won't bother anyone else. My tummy is already expanding like a balloon. ;)
TMI? Sorry. Anyway, I don't know how people do one meal a day. At the 18 hour mark I usually get hangry.
I can't decide if I should order fancy cards, or buy photo cards with inserts and make my own this year. I like the company I get my cards from, but if I do inserts if someone wants to repurpose the photo, they can. Not that my photos are anything super fantastic.
Random: an item I have been purchasing semi regularly for about four years has increased in "sale" price from 89¢ to $1.79. Twice the price in four years! Ouch.
