Full Moons, man

superbadgirlFull moon week has me sleeping and dreaming so hard. I often wake up as if straight from a dream, and despite having slept nearly the night straight through, exhausted.
And my clientele gets very squirrelly. This week a couple that is infamous county wide for suing people and generally accusing people of abusing them - none of it is true, they have mental health issues and literally anything you say they can twist into a threat or slight against them. When we still held caseloads, they were on mine and I dealt with them pretty exclusively for seven years. Seven LONG years. This year, someone else had the misfortune of speaking with them... and that person is someone who has her own mental health issues. (Everything is a personal attack. Ironically, she is exactly like them.) She was the absolute worst person to deal with them, but insisted on going up to meet them face to face when I was going to do it, because it had started as a phone call between her and them. She's a grown ass woman, so I let her.
Anyone who watched X Files remember Syzgzy? The episodes with the planets aligning to create the most havoc possible, with everyone being confrontational, etc? Well, it was like that.
I can't even adequately describe it, but it all could have been avoided if she'd have just let me step in. Multiple people told her to let me, as I have seven years of experience AND I don't give a shit if they think I am abusing them by telling them they cannot use storage fees as a shelter cost.
That was rambly, I had to get it off my chest.
