superbadgirlI went for a walk yesterday, in the rain. About a mile into the jaunt, I was walking down a very slight decline and totally fell down on my ass. Whoever decided making pavement out of good-sized pebbles and putting them in a hilly, rainy city like Seattle should be shipped off to a remote, desert island somewhere, btw. The damned things are slippery as hell.
Anyway, today, while my butt does not hurt at all (sufficiently padded), but my left arm is killing me. I don't think I hit it when I fell and cannot figure out why I'm so sore. When I try to raise it, it makes a terrible, sick grinding and then it pops.
