I've seen the break after a promotion before. Usually it's a matter of if you don't take the time now, you will NOT get the chance since once they step in, they'll be caught in the learning curve.
Yeah, I suppose. But because it's TV World, I figured that was awfully convenient and therefore suspicious. :(
