Every cutter uses a different base block, so I presume they've switched production to another factory...
Clothing sizes have NEVER made any sense whatsoever - especially for women where bust size and hip ratio have no meaning in ready to wear sizing.
I've honestly thought the only way to go with sizing is to have a garment measures system where they state it's to fit a ?? hip cut with a fitting ease of ??
