I'm on day 15 now. Even with the new meds I got on Thursday, it hasn't broken yet.
Scent is a major trigger for me, as is weather changes. The neurologist has mentioned more than once their staff is not allowed to wear perfume on the job. Unfortunately, another patient came into the waiting room practically floating on a cloud of it, which was sort of icing on the cake.
planet_mel's idea of using scent to fight back isn't bad though. The important thing is to make sure it's a "natural" scent and not too perfume-like. Yankee Candles makes a fresh mint scent that helps sometimes, but I can only burn it for a few minutes.
