Yesterday I caught a ride home, and got there about 45 minutes earlier than usual. I used the time to try out some new yoga poses, some of them for upper body strength.

Wow. The poses were pretty simple to do, but not simple to sustain for longer than 30 seconds. My arms are sore today, but in a good way. I need to make sure I stick with these. I've also awakened muscles in my sides and back that have clearly not been adequately stretched and used.

After I was done I felt so good, though.
