superbadgirlTo shell out another $300-400 to go to Minnesota over the holidays or not? Hmmm. It's probably the last year I'll have the week between Christmas and New Year's off, with a change in regime coming up in '07. My family just picked such an inconvenient date for the gathering, though - right at the end of my week off. And if I go home for the whole time, what the heck will I do? Everyone else will be working. So I could spend Christmas here at home and then go to MN for the latter half of the week...which means I won't have any recovery time afterward and just head straight into work.
Blah.
I'm such a terrible person. It shouldn't be a dilemma to go see family.
PS, is anyone else having funky time issues with LJ? It keeps telling me my posts exist in the past, and am I sure I want to do that?
