God, I'm sorry.

At least the article was trying to call attention to the need for a solution. I don't know if more cops is the answer or not, but I don't think we should ever just say "Well, it doesn't happen all that much" and leave it at that. Not with things this ridiculously avoidable.

Strangely enough, "it doesn't happen that often" was said about Meth...and sorry to say - it does happen that often and it could easily have been prevented had Congress listened to the people they should have listened to instead of their constituents in the pharmaceutical industry.

Total tangent, sorry. Meth just scares me. When I turned the corner to the bus stop yesterday, a meth head was conked out on the sidewalk. Scary, scary crap.
