1) A simple plumbing project turned into a bigger expense than it should have been, through no fault of mine, with potentially even more expenses to come. Working on rectifying that, but I'm not hopeful the company will do the right thing and I'll have to pay the bill. (Long story, no need to share.)

2) My phone;s screen died. Again. Second phone in as many months. I am bleeding mobile phones, apparently. At least I'm not traveling, but I do stay in touch with my parents and I know they worry if I can't get in touch with them. I guess this is what you get when you try to triage.
