That's some timing
Aug. 14th, 2014 08:22 pmWouldn't you know it? I finally gave in and ordered some Maruchan Creamy Chicken ramen noodles off of the Amazon and the next day this article proclaiming that ramen is bad for you crops up.
Never mind the fact I think everyone has understood for a long time that the pre-packaged ramen noodles are not healthy.
In other news, my bike has been assembled. Now I need to learn how to use it. The last bike I rode had pedal brakes and one speed. I am contemplating a few midnight rides around the parking lot, so the neighbor kids don't point and laugh.
Aside number two: for months I have been getting this odd sensation of water ear every weekday morning. I don't wake up with it, it happens after an hour or so. It's that feeling that your ear is blocked up a little, and you can hear yourself breathing. It really confounded me - I never experienced this on weekends. Halfway through my cup of cocoa this morning, I realized my ear started getting blocked and the dots connected. I was fine before the cocoa! I don't drink the cocoa at home! My freaking hot cocoa is messing with my right ear and right ear only. (After a couple of hours the blockage dissipates and all is normal again.) So. Weird.
And lastly, a house I liked (in pictures) even more than the one I'm not talking about had been off the market when I put in an offer that I'm not referencing here at all. Now it's back up and I am resisting the urge to go look at it anyway. Nope, not going to do it. But I want to. So cute. Amazing view, amazing hardwood floors.
