Balls!

Decided to make some frozen cookie dough bites, for those times I get a craving for something sweet. Took a basic cookie dough recipe, used oat flour, peanut butter in place of eggs and some extra water to help pull the dough together. Oat flour still a bit of a bugger and if I were to actually bake these cookies, I think they'd be a mess. Most recipes with alt flours call for stuff like xanthum gum, of which I have none.

Then I scooped it out into tiny balls, stuck in the fridge to harden a bit.

The plan was to dunk these in chocolate, but now I can't decide. I'm not sure it's necessary. Maybe if I were going to spread the love instead of enjoying these one bite at a time (these balls will last me over a month, eating one daily) myself, I'd go the extra step. In fact the chocolate dip might be overkill, and add unnecessary calories.

Also, it snowed today but it was very disappointing on the whole, and I am inclined to give Alcatraz a shot for my endearing love of Jorge Garcia and that alone.

Also again, I have to laugh when stunt doubles are so obvious. Watched a few Emergency! episodes and the double they have for Mantooth has the hairiest forearms in the history of hairy forearms and Mantooth himself has virtually no visible hair. LOL.

Also the third, henna is dripping in my left eye. I am taking this as a sign to wash it out now.
