I lack motivation.

I think I have an internet addiction, for really reals. I have things to do, but find myself surfing aimlessly (and I do mean aimlessly) instead. It's a problem.

I did manage to upload some pictures to foist upon you rather than doing anything important. Congratulations to you? These are from the mansion again. Every time the archivist gives a tour, I here her rattling on about the tile work on the fireplaces, so I thought maybe I should actually look at them. I've missed at least one (right here is where my fucking computer froze AGAIN), as I don't know exactly where it's located, and another is serving as someone's storage area (!) and isn't photo material. Don't be fooled by the logs in some of them, though. The house was built by some big coal magnate, and thus the whole house was run on it.

So that's that. Now I must be off to laptop shop. I've wanted to do that for a while anyway, but this computer-freeze thing has really lit the burner. I wish I had the first clue on how to shop for a laptop.
