Mar. 19th, 2007 07:46 amSomeone's car alarm went off at 5:21 this morning. This is not how I like to start any day, but especially Monday. Yuck.
When I got to work, I gave myself a gigantic cardboard cut. Yuck.
On the plus side, my boss told me I should clear out early to avoid traffic snarls due to a protest/rally downtown. With the weather as crappy as it is, I'm not certain how well attended the rally will be but I might heed her advice anyway.
I've come to the conclusion my fat feeling has less to do with that time of the month and more to the fact that I've gained a fair amount of weight. I just can't figure out how. I'm pretty active, I don't eat bad food constantly. And yet here I am with that bit of pudge squishing out over and under my bra and I don't like it one bit. I think I'm going to have to start measuring food, just to see how many portions I'm eating, because that has to be part of it. And give up my bi-weekly ice cream splurges.
