If wishes were fishes

I wish I hadn't scheduled a whole blood donation tonight. I could cancel it, I suppose, but then I'd feel guilty as heck. They like us O types.

I wish I hadn't read this Tim O'Brien book. I swear, that guy has a great style, but it's so annoying that he builds the mystery so well and never, ever, NEVER gives the reader closure. He's a trickster. I know this about him and tell myself not to get invested and then I do it anyway and end up wanting to hurl the book across the bus. In a good way.

I wish I could send this e-card to a friend who has a birthday today, but there seems to be technical difficulties.

I wish it were Friday.

I wish I could get past this writer's block.

I finally got the e-card to send...and then was reminded the person's birthdate is actually not until next week. I really hate when that happens. I'm such a maroon.

And I'm starving right now. No idea why, as I've eaten plenty today.

It's interesting that I find Jared Padalecki in his early Gilmore Girl days completely adorable (cute as a button, even), but I find Jensen Ackles in his Dark Angel days kind of...jailbait (oh, so pretty, but totally jailbait).
