Sounds of silence

Why do only jerks ask me out? The guy's idea of leading up to the actual asking was to basically be insulting and arrogant. Thanks, but no. Besides, I think I'm taller than him...and I'm not quite 5'3".

On the positive side, just not saying anything at all after being asked out sends a pretty clear signal.
