Woke up unbearably early for a Saturday morning with a feeling in my head that convinced me someone had sneaked into my apartment and driven a railroad spike into the bridge of my nose. The pain was explosive, leeching into my right eye and to the back of my skull. That alone would have been insult enough, but it was accompanied by cramps. Bad, make-a-woman-whimper cramps.
Normally, I'd have absolutely no desire to be a man. Several days of every month, though, I'd trade in one X chromasome for a Y. Oh, you betcha.
Enough whinging. I took some migraine medication which also managed to knock out most of the other issue as well, so I'm left with a bit of a foggy residue of pain. Someday, a brilliant scientist will create something that works completely.
