superbadgirlSay you go to a doctor for an issue you're having. Doctor says, "Let's do test A because it's non-invasive and no radiation yadda, first and then if that shows nothing discuss what to do next." and then you go do test A.
Next thing you hear about it is the radiology department calling to schedule your expensive and not great for you test B. No note from doctor, no phone call!
Would that annoy you? Because I am bothered. I called doctor's office today to basically say, "I'd like to first know if this is absolutely necessary before I go ahead and schedule this test." Unfortunately, no one I talked to could give me that information. I left a message; haven't heard from them yet.
And it's all probably much ado about nothing.

I am assuming nothing showed on the first so they want to do the second but I really am not sure I want to go there.
