superbadgirl: (doubtful guest)
My first true love Stargate: SG-1, along with my second true love Supernatural. With very small sides of NCIS, Simon & Simon, Emergency! and Hawaii Five-0 (reboot).

Stargate SG-1:
Most of my Stargate stuff can be found on The Comfort Zone. I'm far, far too lazy to post individual links for each story. Sorry!

My SG-1 stuff can also be found on Ancient Musings.

Snapshots. J/D slash, PG to R, a series of scenes in Jack and Daniel's relationship.
For Every Action, Gen, H/C (Daniel), teamfic. R. S2. Ten parts total - 45,000 words. For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
The Leavers Dance, Gen, Angst (Daniel), Tag to Heroes I&II. R. S7. @11,550 words. Daniel seemed all right at first, but dealing with the loss of Janet Fraiser wasn't as simple as that.

I'm not that prolific, but I think the list is long enough to put behind a cut )

NCIS/Supernatural crossover:
Out for Blood. Gen, Angst, H/C. R. S4 NCIS. S2 Supernatural. Nine parts. Someone from Dean and Sam Winchester’s past comes back to haunt them…and while they're at it, they also haunt a member of the NCIS team. (It's Tony.)
Deja Vu All Over Again. Gen, Angst, H/C. PG-13. S7 SPN, S9 NCIS. 29000 words. Tony DiNozzo is in an eerily familiar situation, and his fate is yet again in the hands of two felons who have died multiple times, on paper and in reality, since he last saw them. And one of them terrifies him more than the monster.

Simon & Simon/Supernatural crossover:
Don't Judge a Book. Gen, crossover, casefic. R. S4 Simon & Simon. Preseries Supernatural. @33000 words. Rick and AJ Simon are on what they think is a routine case when something ... not routine happens. Their whole perspective has to shift to accommodate the Winchester family and all the scary things that entails.

Nothing to see here if you're not into H50. :)

Fond, But Not in Love. S/D, angst. R. 18300 words. Steve faces the facts, except the facts aren't what they immediately seem and things get painfully confusing for him. Then there's a sniper and Danny catches on. The situation improves drastically.
Operation Hugger-Mugger. S/D, gen, fluff. PG. 2577 words. Steve engages in a covert operation - the mission, to get Danny's arms around him.
Aloha Popoki (Hello Kitty). S/D, fluff, angst, first kiss. R. 12483 words. In which Steve acquires a cat and Danny acquires a Steve. Warning: Shameless Abe pimping.
Hug Vigilantes. S/D, fluff, first kiss. PG. 3307 words. Danny thinks it's weird when everyone starts hugging for no founded reason, but eventually he gets it.
Home Remedy. S/D, gen, h/c, fluff. PG. 2233 words. Danny needs to take a sick day; Steve's there to help.

Unrelated: I have REALLY got to get better at remembering when I've put things in the oven to store before I turn it on for another baking project. I'm afraid one of these days I'll burn the place down.

All little H50 stories, most posted long ago. I really need to get a few E! stories out sometime soon. I've had one scene rattlin' around in my head for a solid year, have just been too exhausted to commit.

The Cold Truth (Or, The Doxylamine Succinate Principle). S/D, first kiss, humor. PG. 3251 words. Danny's kind of repulsively sick, but that doesn't seem to stop Steve from wanting him.
Leave It To Stever. S/D, satire, weirdness, schmoop. R. 2117 words. Danny's got the perfect life ... sort of.
Like Mustard Seed. S/C, S/D, angst, realizations, first kiss. PG. 4974 words. Sometimes you find out what you want isn't what you need, and sometimes it takes some people longer to realize that than others.
Collateral Damage. S/D, angst, first kiss, tag to 4.19 and 4.20. PG. 6303 words. Both of them are broken in different ways and also in the exact same way.
Hold On. S/D, angst, missing scene for 4.21. 2508 words. Danny sees the video.

Also, The Back-Up Plan is such an awful movie. Jennifer Lopez is genuinely horrific, honestly. But Alex O'Loughlin ... mmmmm, so pretty. So, so, so pretty.

I just made the error of trying to find decent Sherlock fic to read. There's too much to wade through. Bored.

Thought I'd update my master list instead. Looks like I've been slacking, even though I've written barely anything this year. I must write some E! - after completing a series/universe there the year before last, I kind of abandoned that seldom read fandom. Ah, well.

Anyway, recent adds, all H50:

Growing Pains. S/D, h/c, angst, fluff. PG-13. 4038 words. One doesn't go from big to small to big again without some ramifications.
If You Try Sometimes. S/D, AU, angst, internalized homophobia. 25400 words. Danny Williams, former Newark police detective, has found himself the owner of a gay bar in Waikiki, but in his heart he'll always be a cop. USN Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett came back to islands he called home as a child because of his father’s recent murder, but he stays as the head of Governor Jameson’s elite task force Five-0 out of loyalty to his new team. When a serial killer’s pattern emerges, it brings these two men together and neither expects the impact, personally as well as professionally, when their lives entwine.
Look at All the Happy Creatures. S/D, crack, angst, fluff. 16800 words. Inexplicably, Danny's weekends with Grace become filled with wildlife.
Done, Undone. Episode tag 4.07, angst. PG. 3813 words. Danny doesn't think Captain Grover is wrong; no one agrees with him. Things are said that cannot be taken back.
A'a I Ka Hula. S/D, first time, pining. R. 6969 words. Danny discovers Steve hulas, which eats at him for a while and then ultimately leads to something he really should have expected.
A Guy Walks Into a Bar. S/D, angst, h/c, permanent injury, first time, established relationship. R. 4552 words. Danny suffers a major injury and sometimes, well, sometimes there is not TV magic to make things all better.

Now I'm off to try my hand at homemade marshmallow fluff. I intend to make s'mores sandwich cookies tomorrow. Oh, yesssss. Pics if they turn out. :D

Sometimes I am tempted to log out of AO3 so I can give kudos to my own stories. Just the ones that seem disproportionately low in comparison to my love for them.

Sometimes when I hear the Stones singing Start Me Up, I think of a scene in one of my own fics and want to go read it, maybe expand upon it.

Sometimes I DO log out of AO3 so I can give an additional kudo to someone else's story I believe are getting a disproportionately low number of them in comparison to other stories that are of lesser quality but somehow have kudos raining upon them from on high.

Sometimes I log out of AO3 to give kudos to a fic I don't want to publicly admit to enjoying. Haha.

Sometimes I wish AO3 would give us the option to un-kudo, because on occasion I think a story is over and it's decent but then the author continues it and it becomes the hottest of hot messes.

Speaking of fic, while I'm here I might as well update the old master list with the following H50 stories:

We Stood a Moment So in a Strange World. S/C with implied future S/D, episode tag 3.20 , PG-13. 2485 words. Catherine has Steve, but standing at the funeral ceremony for one of his closest friends, she begins to wonder if that's the truth at all.

Unaired Footage. S/D, episode tag 3.21, voyeurism. 2272 words. With great power comes great responsibility. Also, sometimes the best footage ends up on the cutting room floor.

ATM. S/D, hurt/comfort, angst. 7030 words. A simple transaction takes a complicated turn for Danny ... and for Steve.

How To Disappear Completely. S/D, hurt/comfort, angst. 20024 words. In a bad moment, Steve wishes something bad to befall Danny. When it does, it puts him on the suspect list.

Random Snippets S/D, angst, crack, humor, fluff. 3000 words total. Story shorts written for a challenge, unrelated to each other.

The following H50 stories have been added to the master list:

Pitching Woo. S/D, humor, angst, pining. R+. 28,800 words. In which Danny pitches (and then accidentally catches) woo.
Facts Continue to Change Their Shape. S/C and S/D, angst, episode tag to 3.18. PG-13. 4360 words. Steve's been lied to his whole life and he doesn't know if he can ever let himself fully trust anyone ever again. Some people are worth the risk.

(Part of the wee!Danny series)
The Curious Incident of the Danno in the Night-Time. S/D slash-lite, de-aging, humor. PG. 2600 words. What Steve was in now was a more localized dangerous territory, and that he’d be more comfortable splinting his own broken leg than this was alarming even to him.

So, I spent all day writing porn. How was yours? ;)

Master list now updated with the following stories.

Hawaii Five-0:
Underneath This Hood, I Tick Like a Bomb. S/D pre, D/OMC, internalized homophobia. R. @5800 words. Steve has spent his whole life being the person he thought he had to be; with Danny's help, maybe one day he will be the person he is.

A Cow Says Moo. S/D, Christmas. NC-17. @7500 words. Steve has been lucky to have the gift of his friends in his life over the last two years; this year, he's even more blessed and he wouldn't have it any other way. (Or, Christmas Eve at Steve's house...)

I Saw Johnny Kissing Santa Claus. J/R, Christmas. NC-17. @5300 words. Johnny and Roy's first official Christmas together, and after the scares they've had, they deserve all the happiness in the world.

Some new stories added to the master list.

Emergency! (Part of a holiday series I feel very bittersweet about ending. I love this little, seldom-read universe.):

In the Kingdom of Hope. J/R, angst, hate crime. PG-13. @2900 words. In the wake of near tragedy, Roy gets the only birthday gift he wanted.

Plenty. J/R, angst, fluff. PG-13. @8300 words. Despite the trials of the last month and a half, Johnny and Roy have a lot for which to be thankful.

Cost to Cure. S/D pre, episode tag to 3.06. PG. @3650 words. His brain wouldn’t stop whirring, all thoughts set to Danny.

Also, the cards arrived! I went through Shutterfly this year and am ... disappointed. I know I'm a little type A, but they didn't center the picture and that annoys me. I am also apparently unable to gauge font size on the interwebs, because the printing inside looks like I'm sending these cards only to people 80 and older, with text large enough for them to see. Hehe.

If you'd like one anyway, see this post and drop me an address. :)

I don't know why I make these posts, but here is one anyway.

Adds to H50:
When the Armies of Emotion Go Out to Fight. S/D, 3.01 tag. PG-13. 1914 words. There is something Danny needs to know.

See Orion and Say Nothing. S/D, S/C, angst. PG-13. 2258 words. Once upon a time, there was a man who lived on an island.

Unfinished Business. S/D pre-slash, humor. PG. 2530 words. It turned out an apartment wasn't the only thing Mrs. Kekoa wanted to help Danny find.

Ooookay, I'm a Danny girl and it shows. I've had a Steve POV on the back burner for, like, six months. Poor Steve. *pets him* ... *pets him some more*

Adds to Emergency!:
Dark Was the Night. J/R, angst, hate crime. R. 12100 words. The Halloween party was supposed to be a distraction, a reminder of all things good in Roy and Johnny's lives. Instead, it's their worst nightmare.

^ could be triggery, as it does deal with a violent hate crime, and the ramifications on the characters.

While I wait for the dictionary to officially change the definition of smirk to what everyone seems to think it means now, I thought I'd update my master fic list with the following H50 stories:

Lihi Pilikia Timestamp: No Way Around. S/D slash-lite, humor, de-aging. PG. 2374 words. Steve was sure there had to be an easy fix to Danny's little problem, only it turned out he was wrong.

Five Years Ago, Three Thousand Miles Away. S/D, angst, future fic, unhappy ending. R. 3260 words. Danny, a few years into a future that didn't see him winning the custody modifications, reliving a moment in his former life.

Hopena. S/D, angst, kidnapping, cliche, first kiss. R. @20500 words. While on a Sunday outing with Grace, Danny disappears without a trace.
superbadgirl: (Default)
For the tail end of August and beginning of September:

Two parts to the New Life series:

With a Cherry on Top. J/R slash, birthday sex. NC-17. 4300 words. It's Johnny's birthday and Roy wants to give him a nice surprise.
Labor of Love. J/R slash, car sex. NC-17. 2300 words. Two men, a hot day and a Land Rover.

I Ka 'Ôlelo No Ke Ola. S/D slash, angst, humor, kind of dub-con (nothing happens). NC-17. @30200 words. Danny has unrequited lust for Steve, and he is dealing with it okay. Really, he is. When everyone around him suddenly starts oversharing, it confuses and consternates him. Then it causes him to do something he doesn't know how to deal with, threatening his job and his friendship with Steve.

(Also, I don't actually watch Major Crimes, but I can't find the remote and I'd seen promos for tonight's episode. I <3 that the promos heavily featured guest star Michael Weatherly, but never actually pulled the "hey, NCIS star Michael Weatherly!" card. I suppose that has to do with network affiliations or whatnot. Still, he was adorable.)

I've just added my Emergency! slash and het and Hawaii Five-0 fic to my Master Fic List.

This is just an FYI. :)
superbadgirl: (Default)
:) I *think* no one really checks it here - crossposting with coding, etc, is just too much for my lazybones self, so every time I post a fic to LJ, I slap the link in my master fic list over here.

Recent add is the second NCIS/SPN crossover.
