The opening made me throw up a little in my mouth. I know they were totally making fun, but the fact I know girls who eat that crap up with a spoon makes me so queasy.
That said - that is not Sam. I refuse to believe it - if he's in there at all, he's so far buried...because, who does that? If Samuel of all creepy people thinks you're being questionable, you've got some problems. What if Sam's still in the cage? Someone or something just rode him out? Michael, maybe? Not Lucifer. But how?
Argh.
I have to confess I was too bothered by Sam letting Dean get turned just to see what it'd be like to pay much attention to Dean himself. Except now Dean's only got Thing One next to him in the car, because I'm hoping even Lisa isn't perfect enough to be cool with what happened when Dean ended up all "rapey" standing next to her bed in the middle of the night. She can't take him back after that, can she? From her perspective, Dean shoved/hit her child. No. Uh-uh. (Yes, I know, he couldn't help it. I'm not blaming Dean here - I'm saying from a parent's perspective, that's a no-fly zone.) So he's alone again, and this time he'll realize how much Sam was always with him before. Maybe?
I'm still not sure that Bobby worrying over his own soul is enough for him to have not seen how wrong Sam is.
I know some people are already sick of it, but I find it rather fascinating and horrible.
