I loved this. Great case-fic, fabulous banter. Loved your ending line. Loved John stopping by for a visit when neither boy is aware of it.
A couple of little nitpicks/things that both I and starrylizard (who is in the middle of reading) felt a bit off, if you wouldn't mind hearing them:
The enrolling in the college felt a little superfluous -- I don't see why they wouldn't be able to ask questions and act like students without actually being enrolled. I know you'd be able to get away with it in an Australian University.
Sam introducing himself as Sam Winchester to the other students when he'd enrolled as another name. Made the enrolling, again, kinda pointless.
Posing as FBI agents too seems a very big risk when they're staying in one small place for a bit of time. Not sure I can buy that.
Believe me, I did enjoy this story immensely, but, thought you might like some concrit on the things that *didn't* ring quite true to me.
