Love is: White bread toast, a little bit of butter, a sliced hard boiled egg on top, very thin slices of anchovies and whole thing topped up with some fresh dill. The fact that I first ate it overlooking a gorgeous fjord in Norway might help, but this one still tastes great at home and not just on holiday.
