Snapshot Sunday XL

It's raining. I haven't gone for a good long walk in a couple of weeks now. It's so hard to motivate to walk in the rain! Especially when your rain coat gave up the ghost last year and you have tried to replace multiple times. Manufacturers claim waterproof, but they clearly have different ideas of what waterproof means. Every waterproof jacket I've gotten I've also gotten wet in,within minutes of being out in a light rain. Ugh. I don't mind the rain itself, as long as I don't get soaked.

Having some issues with a newish coworker. This past week was extremely stressful for me, and I just didn't have time to assuage his ego - he has grown accustomed to me being unstressed and tolerant of his chatter, so when I said, "I really have to focus right now, I have a lot to do" when he wouldn't stop talking, he went from loving me to talking smack about my attitude and how he missed the sweet, original me. It's difficult to break down. He's a difficult person in that I want to like him, but he is super toxic with some of his opinions, etc. I mean - differing opinions are fine, but he' a royal ass in delivery. You can disagree with someone without being offensive and rude, you know?

On the plus side, I do not think he will last at the job.
