Pic woes

A while ago, a coworker requested two prints of one of my photos. Awesome, I thought. Well, I've had it printed twice now, and it comes back with totally different coloring to what I see on the computer. Much more saturated and definitely too much contrast. I can't figure out how to correct it and so far I'm already at a loss. LOL. So much for doing an etsy account!
