Egg on my face

Of course, now I actually do have nominations for the fan awards. Whoops. The webmaster apologized for the mix-up and explained how difficult it was to deal when people have the same pen names.

Well, yeah...

Is it wrong to be bitchy about the fact someone came along years after I'd established "Carrie" (the highly original pen name, heh) in this fandom and decided to use it as well? I'm a tad annoyed by it, actually.

But beyond that gripe - my thanks to whomever nominated me. ;)

There was a press conference here while I was at lunch, which is too bad because it was to publically take a stand against another one of Tim Iman's lunatic initiatives, this one about (here's a shocker) gay marriage.

I've been thinking about this house and I really think the Supernatural crew needs to come here to film. It's chock full of beautiful, dark wood panelling and with the right lighting could be very spooky.

I am starvin' and bored, a very dangerous combination. Of course, in this place that usually has food coming out the wazoo there is none to be found today.

eye twitches

Okay, have you ever been stressed/tired so much that your eyelid does that little involuntary twitching? Please don't tell me I'm the only one this has happened to (for about a month in 1999 my left eyelid twitched nonstop).

Lately, I haven't been getting eyelid twitches. I've been getting tricep twitches. Calf twitches. Lower abdomen twitches.

The twitch has switched and it's really kind of bothersome.

Now I should go to bed so that I might dream strange dreams.
