Jul. 27th, 2005 02:17 pmI'm once again the family outcast and sure to be the topic of various whisperings.
I'm excited for my sister C. who recently adopted her baby (boy), I am. Today she sent out a broadcast email update, which was lovely to read. Twenty minutes later, my sister in law R. sent out a follow up to that update, including random bits of information she'd gleaned from my sister while on the phone with her. These bits were 1) that A. was sleeping on my brother in law's chest right now and 2) they would be going out to lunch soon.
I couldn't help myself. I also dearly love R., but good grief. That stuff did not need to clutter my in box. So I sent out a reply to all asking her to be sure to report on exactly what was eaten at their lunch.
To which my brother M., R's husband, told me to shut up and for everyone to take me off the update list. LOL! I know sarcasm is often a thing best left unsaid in the regular world, but that goes triple for my family.
Guess I won't be going home to surprise sister B. at her baby shower, considering I was going to stay with M. and R. Heh.
