(no subject)

I did no work today, but I did

-walk 4.5 miles
-hike 245 stairs (not counting at work)
-crunch my abs 200 times
-all sorts of fun arm-toning exercise thingies

-eat two giant, jumbo chocolate chunk cookies, thereby cancelling out all the good stuff I did

Go me?

Sounds like work to me! And at least you're better off eating the cookies after all that exercise than you would be if you'd eaten the cookies without the exercise.

Thanks, I think I found it over on the Tony DiNozzo community page. I'm thinking once I find a shiny new job making lots more money I'm going to have to get the LJ paid account just so I can have more icons. 6 isn't nearly enough ;-)

Go you! I don't think the two cookies will cancel out the good stuff, either. :-) At the very least, you'll break even *g*, but I also your conditioning will improve as well.

Noooooo...you have your apples and oranges muddled up.

Excersise is good for your body whatever you eat.

Chocolate cookies are food for your soul.

Don't worry so much, all the excercising you do is great but if you are miserable and hungry, then what's the bloody point?

Spoil yourself, eat the cookies with relish, delight and savour them. Don't feel guilty about THEM but be accomplished over the crunches and stair work.

Perspective hon is the key....

"""I still think your eye icon/banner is just the coolest thing!""""

:)) Thank you.

Remember excess is the problem - if you overdo your exercising your body will let you know, so try and listen when it's telling you about you food. Listen to your body and not your brain or your guilt complex - relax hon.
