I need to go music shopping. I still like to buy CDs. I know I'm old school, but there's that certain feeling I get when I walk into Easy Street or Sonic Boom or Silver Platters or Everyday Music that I just can't get with downloaded music. Easy Street especially evokes that unnamable feeling.

On my list to buy, Longwave's latest Secrets are Sinister. The Devil And The Liar is on repeat at the moment. It's very Longwave-y. No Direction is pretty good, too - I like the way his voice kinda breaks. Both are on Imeem. Last.fm doesn't seem to have much from the new album, which is a damn shame. Not that any of you actually click on these links. Heh. ;)

Okay, off to go make the Winchester brothers hug some more.

I don't go shopping for CDs (order on-line) but I never just download stuff, there is something about having a real three dimensional physical disc in my sweaty paws I'll never get over.

Just ordered the new Ray LaMontagne this afternoon, hope it's good, haven't seen many reviews but there again I don't usually agree with most reviews so don't read 'em, I either like it when I hear it or don't. Been rather a lot of expenses this year though, so new music has had to take a bit of a back seat while I rummage around in back catalogues for stuff I've had on LP that is desperate for another listen.

Will go and listen to your links though, I usually do if I can.
