I just found an apartment building called "Winchester Place," and it made me giggle. Alas, they have no vacant apartments, and apparently rarely do. Once you go Winchester, nothing else passes muster.



Also, it's my parents' 47th wedding anniversary. 47 years is a LONG time. I disagree with lots of my parents' viewpoints on politics and religion, but they are still very much my heroes. They really do epitomize the vows they took on this day all those years ago.

It actually looks really nice, too. Bummer that they hardly have vacant apartments. I could easily walk to work from there and still manage to sleep an extra half hour in the morning.

47 years really is a long time. My parents celebrated 49 years on February 2nd, so I know what you mean--except that I mostly agree with my parents on politics and stuff. hehe

Happy anniversary to your mom and dad... (Just wishes send out into the world, since they don't know me or care what I think. hehe Still, good thoughts can't hurt.)

My parents and I see the world oppositely. They think it's okay to force their beliefs on others (those nasty gays are destroying the sanctity of marriage!1!!), where I think people should have the choice to live as they see fit, and it's got nothing to do with me or my beliefs. I won't ever agree with them, but I do respect how they've conducted their lives in many other terms. :)

I'll never own a house out here, unless I suddenly strike it rich. This place looks like it's in a converted home, so that's something. Hee.
