So lately when the boy next door comes down and chats with me, he gets this cute little blush on his neck and in his cheeks. It makes me want to just give him a hug. He's so cute.

I am 12 years old.

Yes, but 12 year old girls are so much more mature than 12 year old boys, so that's just young enough to still be fun, but old enough to have a clue or two.
