Snapshot Sunday XIV
Not many taken this week. It was rotten weather yesterday, complete with gale force winds and sideways rain, so I didn't take my usual jaunt out into the world. It's more of the same today. Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny and near 70F. That's some whiplash weather for ya!
I ran out of lemon curd at the end, just so happened to have made a strawberry sauce not long before.
Varied Thrush - until earlier this year, I hadn't ever seen one of these guys. I think they're known for being a bit reserved. During the week, I happened to look out my window at work and boom - two of them, just hanging out for a while. I wish I'd have been able to go outside to try for a shot; the windows really degrade clarity.
I've been having vertigo again lately, so for a second I thought the ground was moving... well, nope. But this thing was!
