You'd think Bobby would have wondered more why Sam went so far underground, but I suppose being boozed up might affect judgement. I think Dean already suspects, despite Sam lying to his face, that he has reason to be worried. If Sam keeps sneaking off meeting random women who all have long flowing hair and Hollywood good looks, I should hope Dean figures it out. ;)
