80F weather in mid May is not NORMAL!

It was over 90 today and it's 88 now. We're looking forward to the late cool front tomorrow night. Should drop the temps down to 83 or so for Thursday.

Yes, but I'm in Seattle. I'm usually wearing a jacket until June...

LOL!!! Sorry, can't keep a straight face for this one.

I have *GOT* to get up to that part of the country one of these years. I had an invite to come visit friends in the area, but just can't manage to carve out either the time or the cash.

Oh. Well.

It's all about geography. It took me five years, but I've succeeded in becoming a total weather wuss.

Actually, I've always hated the heat. I could barely stand Minnesota summers. Ugh.

Hee! That was my reaction, too. Our summers are hot to be sure, but we aren't normally this hot, this early, for this long. Summer looks to be very depressing.

I suppose now is the time to begin doing my research to find the perfect margarita. :(

IMO, the perfect margarita is the one in your glass. :-):-)

And yeah, with the exception of a few stand out years like that stretch of 90s in February a few years back, it does seem to be heating up extraodinarily early this year. The older I get, the less heat tolerant I become.

Oh shush. We're going down to 34 degrees tomorrow night and they're forcasting rain mixed with snow. I'll take 80 degrees...

I love snow.

Today's back to normal temps, thank goodness.

I highly recommend a visit. It really is pretty out here. :)

One of these years. Maybe my kid will want to go to school up there and we'll have to go visit. :-)
