I don't mind an accent when it's well done. Child actors should rarely, if ever, be made to do them. I (hangs head in shame) have been watching Hannah Montana and they've introduced an extremely stereotypical (and innacurate) farmboy from Minnesota character who makes me want to write letters to someone. His characterization is kind of offensive and his accent? Horrible.
